Who’s Minding the Store?

In today’s world, we communicate via e-mail, we communicate via the telephone by pushing buttons to a voice-recorded demand, and we communicate, still, by snail mail. All of these forms of communications do not involve two live human beings speaking with one another. We can communicate with some companies by talking to a live being, and some people demand that this be the case. Our company hangs up on telemarketers, voice-recorded telephone messages, and people who don’t say “Hello” into the phone after three seconds. If we can’t communicate with a live body, we ask, “Who’s Minding the Store?”
