The End of Winter

Soon comes the end of winter – a happy thing for those of us in the Mid-Atlantic area, where we were hit by 29” of snow at BWI Airport, and some 36” to those lucky ones of us who were in the mountainous areas. One tends to forget how miserable we are when a snow like that falls. It takes days, and I mean days, to clean it up and allow people to commute and travel the roads. Cabin fever is a true phenomenon. The more one gets couped up at home, the stronger the urge to go outside, no matter the reason.
