What type of payments do you accept?
We will accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Company Checks and Money Orders, no Personal Checks Accepted.
How many classes do you have this year?
The 2008 schedule has 43 scheduled classes.. To see a list of cities where the classes are held click here.
Generally under 20 people per day, by design. The classes are fast-paced, intense and intimate.
What is the due date for payment?
Payment is due 10 business days prior to Day One of the scheduled class.
What's the difference between the classes and Media Tutor©?
Obviously, when taking the class, students have the advantage of personal attention from an Instructor, and the opportunity to ask questions. Media Tutor© is a class (which covers the same content) on audio and video cassettes for those who are unable to attend a class. The Media Tutor media buying program is available on DVD only.
Where are the classes held in each city?
This varies from city to city. You will be informed via your Invoice/Confirmation where the class will be held. Usually, they are held in a hotel conference room.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation. We understand that circumstances can arise that might require you to cancel. If registration is cancelled up to 10 business days before the class, the registration fee will be refunded less a $150 enrollment fee. If the cancellation is received within less than 10 days before the class, a substitute may be sent or you may transfer to another class (within 6 months of the original class) with a $100 per day transfer fee. "No-shows" will be billed.
