I purchased a handful of paperback “Bookshots” by James Patterson and various co-authors while I was at Wal-Mart the other day. “The Trial” was very good. “Cross Kill” (with no co-author) was excellent! I accidently picked up two copies of “Little Black Dress,” and it was like reading porn. No way I would pass that one (or two) along to my friends. I gave the books and the receipt to my granddaughter and asked her to return the two books and get my money back. I instructed her to let Wal-Mart know the book was “smut.” I thought Wal-Mart was above that!
