Does anyone else have a printer that requires you to replace all the inks (color and black) at one time? The odd part is that the printer will tell you that you are out of Blue ink. Once the Blue ink is replaced, it will then tell you that your Black ink needs to be replaced. Once the Black ink is replaced, it will then tell you that Yellow and Pink need to be replaced. Why doesn’t it tell you that all four inks need to be replaced at the same time. I seldom use color, so I doubt that I “ran out of color ink – any color. What a world we live in. Couldn’t the sales associate at the office supply store (yeah, Staples again) have told me how this printer works in the first place?
