One bad buyer in an agency will ruin reputations for the entire Media Department. One unethical buyer will taint the agency forever or at least until he/she is gone. Word travels fast. That unethical buyer will have a real tough time getting another buying job in that particular market. Once that bad buyer is labeled as unethical or unfair, the media reps see to it that everyone knows how that buyer operates. This is a no-win situation for the buyer. It is always right to be tough, but fair. And always ethical!
